Sebelum dan Selepas masuk Gym

Di sini contoh beberapa insan yang berjaya melansingkan dan men'transform'kan body mereka jadi ketul-ketul...Sememangnya senaman kerap (pergi gym) + kuat berusaha boleh mendatangkan hasil...so sesiapa yg berbadan overweight dan saiz jumbo tu...kalau mahu nampak slim..masih ada jalan...
